I asked one of the agents at MSIA that I was working with to call me to follow up on insuring some jewelry that I had. 2 weeks later, I received a phone call from her just as I had asked, and we were able to discuss my options. It’s nice to work with an agency that does what they say they’re going to do and has your best interest at heart. I don’t have to think about my insurance since they do that for me!!
